Before You Contact Us
- Make sure you downloaded the app only from the official source (this website or the official invite link).
- Have your User ID / registered mobile number ready.
- For transaction issues, note the Order Code and approximate time of the trade.
- Never share your OTP, password or private keys with anyone claiming to be “support”.
Important: ComePay Official never asks for your password, OTP or bank PIN over Telegram, WhatsApp or phone. If someone contacts you claiming to be support and asks for these details, it is a scam. Report it immediately in the official Telegram channel.
