• Never install APKs from unknown Telegram groups, WhatsApp forwards or random websites.
• After installation, check that the app name and icon match the official ComePay branding.

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Never share your OTP with anyone – not even people claiming to be “support”.
• Enable any available security features inside the app.
• Log out from shared or public devices.

• Start with small amounts until you understand the process.
• Verify order details and the counterparty before making any UPI payment.
• Keep screenshots of order codes and successful payment receipts.
• Do not release payment until the trade status confirms correctly inside the app.
• Report suspicious users or incomplete trades through in-app support immediately.

• ComePay staff will never ask for your password, OTP or bank PIN.
• Beware of messages promising “guaranteed high returns” or asking you to deposit to a personal UPI ID outside the app.
• Fake “customer care” numbers and cloned websites are common – always double-check the domain.
• If something feels urgent or too good to be true, pause and verify in the official Telegram channel.

• Withdraw only to your own UPI-linked bank account or wallet.
• Double-check the amount and account details before confirming.
• Typical processing time is within 24–48 hours (subject to platform rules).
• Contact support with your Order / Withdrawal ID if a request is delayed beyond the stated window.
